TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please read terms and conditions prior to buying. 1- ALL gowns and dresses that we sell are quality brand new, direct from the designer. They are still in the original designers packaging. 2- Please know your measurements before purchasing. Please use a tape measure to take your actual measurements for a proper fit. Do not judge bust measurement by the bra size. 3- All sales are final. No Returns. We only allow merchandise credit where buyer can use this credit towards the purchase of any other dress provided the following conditions: (A) buyer has to notify us immediately upon receipt of merchandize, (B) Merchandize is returned to us within and no later than three days of receipt, and (C) buyer pay for shipping. 4- If buyer received wrong merchandises, please inform us immediately within 2 business days, otherwise exchange will not be arranged. 5- Payment must be received at the same time of purchase. 6- We reserve the right to cancel orders placed by buyers with excessive non-payment history. PAYMENT POLICY: 1- For Items sold in the USA and internationally we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 2- If you make payment with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, please provide card number, expiration date, billing and shipping addresses. 3- E-checks or Credit Card payment through Paypal is accepted but will not ship until it is cleared by Paypal. SHIPPING POLICY: 1- Shipments are made within 48 hours of receiving payment and full shipping instructions including the correct ship-to address. 2- All USA buyers shall pay the calculated cost of US Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping & Handling of their items in the continent of USA . 3- All USA packages will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless other arrangements are made in advance to ship via other courier. 4- All International buyers shall pay the calculated cost of US Postal Service Priority Mail International Shipping of their items to their countries. 5- We offer combined shipping policy if you buy more than one dress. After the first dress, you pay $7 shipping cost for each additional dress in USA. For international combined shipping, it will be automatically calculated by the shipping calculator based on the total combined weight. TAXES: California Residents are charged 8.25% Sales Tax.
